MISSION AND INNOVATION

Over the last 15 years, the company has embarked on a path of energy, environmental, and social sustainability, characterized by the following investments:

  • Installation of a new insulated roof and removal of the asbestos roof.
  • Implementation of a rooftop photovoltaic system covering over 50% of the energy needs.
  • Installation of a water purification system for cleaning processes.
  • Installation of 2 overhead cranes serving the production line to improve worker ergonomics.
  • Creation of a modern water-based painting system to eliminate solvents from the painting process and reduce chemical risk.

Additionally, a better digital approach has been fostered in management and design to increase productivity and reduce processing waste.

Attention is also focused on worker safety and training. The company’s main focus is to maintain a climate and environment conducive to work, minimizing stress factors and encouraging the sharing of ideas among all collaborators.

OUR HISTORY

  • 1955

    THE FOUNDATION

    Battista Verderone, along with his future wife Vincenzina Biel, founded and registered the company with the Chamber of Commerce of Turin, marking the beginning of the enterprise. The idea emerged not only from the growing local demand from farmers but also because Battista’s father, Carlo, had already started a career as a small artisan cartwright.

    The trailers begin to be constructed entirely in iron, ensuring greater durability and reliability.

    THE EXPANSION

    With the success of the products and the subsequent increase in demand, the company relocates and a new facility of over 30,000 square meters, including 10,000 square meters covered, is built.

  • THE NEW TEAM

    Verderone S.r.l. enhances its team by incorporating highly technical professionals to implement increasingly modern products.

  • 2001

    INDUSTRIAL CARTS

    Thanks to the insight of Ezio Navilli, Battista’s son-in-law, the product range is expanded to include carts not only for agriculture but also for industry and logistics. Thus, Verderone Industrie S.r.l. is born.

  • THE NEW MANAGEMENT

    Container trailers with special and large-size suspensions are designed and manufactured. Italian seaports begin using Verderone’s equipment. Management is transferred to Ezio Navilli.

    THE PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM

    A photovoltaic system is installed to ensure the use of renewable energy for the company.

  • EUROPEAN CERTIFICATION

    New European certifications (Mother Regulation) are introduced for agricultural trailers, ensuring greater robustness, load capacity, and reliability for the machinery.

    PAINTING AND AI SOFTWARE

    The company establishes a new painting system and begins a new digital transition by acquiring software integrating AI systems.

THE HEADQUARTERS

The company’s headquarters is located in Leini (TO), at Via Caselle 83.

The proximity to Turin Airport, just 5 km away, and to the main motorway junctions enables quick and convenient connections with the rest of Italy and Europe.

The site, covering over 30,000 square meters of land with 10,000 square meters covered, allows for the daily of a wide range of products of all types and sizes available in stock.

THE MANUFACTURING STAGES

1. DESIGN

The products of Verderone Rimorchi S.r.l. are designed in-house by our engineers, who, always attentive to customer needs, combine expertise, passion, and field experience to create a product that best meets sector-specific and individual requirements.

2. MANUFACTURING

Each product is still proudly built entirely within our facilities.

Starting from raw iron materials, our craftsmen cut, weld, and assemble the components, bringing the final product to life.

3. WASHING and PAINTING

The installation of a water treatment system and a painting booth on-site allows us to wash, de-oil, and paint our products effectively, efficiently, and independently. The finishing of the products has recently become a cornerstone of Verderone S.r.l.

4. ASSEMBLY AND TESTING

During the assembly phase, all onboard systems such as electro-hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems are independently installed. Testing and inspections are performed on each product before the official completion of the order.

5. AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The entire staff is attentive to listening to the customer.

Our customer service and extensive spare parts warehouse allow us to respond to any request effectively and promptly.
